1. The Service

FramerGo is a scheduling tool that connects to Framer projects via Framer's Server API and executes automated actions, including site publishes, CMS item creation, updates, and deletions, at a date and time you specify.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use FramerGo. If you are using FramerGo on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

3. Accounts and Authentication

• FramerGo uses passwordless authentication via magic link. No passwords are stored.

• You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.

• You may not share your account with others or allow others to access your scheduled jobs.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Trial

• New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.

• No credit card is required to start the trial.

• The trial period is 7 days from the date of account creation and cannot be extended.

• After the trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue creating projects and scheduling jobs. Jobs that were already scheduled before the trial ended will still execute.

5. Paid Plans and Billing

• FramerGo offers two paid plans: Monthly ($49/month) and Annual ($490/year).

• All billing is processed by DODO Payments. By subscribing, you also agree to DODO Payments' terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

• Pressense reserves the right to change pricing with at least 14 days notice to active subscribers via email.

6. Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

• If you are charged due to a technical error on our end, contact support@framergo.com within 7 days and we will review your case.

• No refunds are issued for forgetting to cancel before a renewal. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FramerGo to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Access or tamper with Framer projects you do not have permission to manage

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the FramerGo service

• Deliberately overload our scheduling system or circumvent concurrency limits

• Upload, transmit, or schedule any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

8. Service Limitations

By using FramerGo, you acknowledge and accept the following limitations:

• Jobs are one-time executions. Recurring or repeating schedules are not supported.

• FramerGo cannot guarantee exact-second timing. Jobs execute within a few seconds of the scheduled time due to API connection overhead.

• Executed jobs cannot be undone or rolled back through FramerGo.

• FramerGo cannot upload images or media files through CMS operations. Text-based fields only.

• A maximum of 5 jobs can run simultaneously. Additional jobs are queued automatically.

• FramerGo depends on Framer's Server API. If Framer's API is unavailable, slow, or unresponsive, job execution may be delayed or fail. Pressense is not liable for failures caused by Framer's infrastructure.

• Site publishes are best-effort. If Framer's publish API times out, your CMS change is still saved, but the live site may not update until you publish manually from the Framer editor.

9. Intellectual Property

FramerGo, its interface, branding, and underlying code are the property of Pressense. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service. Your data, including your job configurations and project credentials, remains yours.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

FramerGo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Pressense makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, accuracy of scheduling, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep the service reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Pressense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FramerGo, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed publishing windows, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FramerGo shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of FramerGo after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
